The 21 Day Kindness Commitment Challenge
It takes repeated practice for people to begin showing changed brain patterns. Training the brain through consistent acts of kindness can help you to become more compassionate as an inherent way of being. So-we invite you to train with us by committing to one month of a devoted practice of kindness. Choose one of the ways below that you aren't already doing, and commit to experiencing it consecutively for 21 days. Not only will you become a more kind person, inherently, but you'll have blessed the world with your gentle compassion.
Let us know!
Drop us a line so we can add your name to our list of those committing-your dedication will inspire others. When you've completed one session, we'd love if you'd share how it went, felt, and how it impacted your life and the world.
And then...begin again.
Join this initiative to make the world a kinder place!
Research shows that self-compassion is instrumental for emotional, mental and even physical health.
Being kind to yourself can begin with mindfulness. Being mindful means you are aware of thoughts and feelings without judging. Being kind also includes gentleness on yourself-eliminating shame, and accepting that we are all on the human journey and learning and growing. In other words-no one is perfect.
Self-compassion is related to lower levels of stress, increased motivation and the capacity to then be all kind, to all kinds.
Be All Kind to your Self by choosing one of the following commitments (that you aren't already doing) to follow for 30 days.
