Kindness Commitment-MORE COMING SOON! Launching Summer 2023

The 21 Day Kindness Commitment Challenge

It takes repeated practice for people to begin showing changed brain patterns. Training the brain through consistent acts of kindness can help you to become more compassionate as an inherent way of being. So-we invite you to train with us by committing to one month of a devoted practice of kindness. Choose one of the ways below that you aren't already doing, and commit to experiencing it consecutively for 21 days.  Not only will you become a more kind person, inherently, but you'll have blessed the world with your gentle compassion.

Let us know!

Drop us a line so we can add your name  to our list of those committing-your dedication will inspire others. When you've completed one session, we'd love if you'd  share how it went, felt, and how it impacted your life and the world.

And then...begin again.

Join this initiative to make the world a kinder place!

Choose one from the lists. commit for 30 days! We’re glad you are a part of this All Kind Movement!

A 30 Day All Kind Commitment to your SELF

Choose one from the list that you aren’t already doing. Commit to it for 30 days!

Research shows that self-compassion is instrumental for emotional, mental and even physical health.

Being kind to yourself can begin with mindfulness. Being mindful means you are aware of thoughts and feelings without judging. Being kind also includes gentleness on yourself-eliminating shame, and accepting that we are all on the human journey and learning and growing. In other words-no one is perfect.

Self-compassion is related to lower levels of stress, increased motivation and the capacity to then be all kind, to all kinds.

Be All Kind to your Self by choosing one of the following commitments (that you aren't already doing)  to follow for 30 days.

  • Practice Mindfulness throughout your day
  • Write in a daily mindfulness
  • Spend time in nature today
  • Do yoga daily
  • Spend two minutes each morning reflecting on your amazing worth
  • Meditate every day
  • Eat healthy
  • Care for your body-refrain from drinking alcohol
  • Seek natural ways to get energized-cut out caffeine
  • Prove to yourself that you can do without sugar-choose foods that are naturally sweet instead
  • Exercise daily
  • Spend time every day with someone you love
  • Spend time each day doing something you love
  • Spend time each day being creative in some way
  • Set aside time each day to devote to your spiritual or religious practice
  • Write in a gratitude journal and include good things about yourself in each entry
  • For one month, only think thoughts about yourself that are kind and gentle, forgiving and understanding.

For 30 days I will...

Be All Kind

Spend 30 minutes or more each day making yourself more aware of ways to be kinder. Begin on this site to raise your awareness-through the suggested books and films

Spend time each day towards launching a kindness project

Each day, do one act of kindness consciously-something you normally wouldn't think of doing. It can be different each day.

Filter every thought, word and action  through, "Is this all kind?"

And hopefully it will continue on...

Challenge yourself to continue the 30 day practice while you then add another 30 day challenge!

Share your experiences! Write down how it felt and the impact it is making and send it in to us to inspire others!
